Sturdy oiltanned leather rectangular pocket filled with tiny shot. Glued and double stitched with riveted hand strap. Weighs one pound.  Appx 3 1/2" x 4 1/4". 

Great for heavy impact massage..a little thump goes a long way. The oiltanned leather strap will be tight at first and will stretch slightly as it is used. Most efficient use is with four fingers under the strap, not the thumb.
