Shipping policy

Packaging

Orders are packed in plain bubble envelopes, plain white boxes, or plain brown boxes. We do sometimes reuse boxes from other vendors to reduce environmental waste  (ie: Amazon, Chewy, etc).

We try to use recycled and upcycled packaging materials for shipping....doing our part in whipping out environmental waste.

 

Production times

Everything in the Ready To Ship section ships within 4-6 business days from date of purchase.

 

Everything in the Created To Order to order section has a production time listed in the item description. Depending on the specific item, that is10-12 days for small items, and 13 - 16 days for large items.

 

Some custom orders, such as vest patches, can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the item.

Delivery Methods
For shipments within the USA we generally use USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking) with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. For international shipments we use First Class Package International (full tracking depends on the country) with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks depending on the country.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed in the time indicated on the specific product page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

 

We cannot guarantee a delivery date.

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery estimates for all international services do not include customs processing times. Fantasies In Leather is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

 

Tracking your order

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

 

Customs, duties, and import taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Fantasies In Leather is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or if your order is lost during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
